Ramtin Sotoadeh, P.Eng.: A social activist, award-winner and donator Civil Engineer with a background in commercial and residential Development, engineering and construction management. As a Guelph University graduate, Ramtin began his career working with accomplished designers, architects and contractors including associations with companies such as TACC Construction, Times Developments where he contributed to grand scale projects and superstructures. Through Star Wall & Rex Concrete Forming, Ramtin learned all aspects of residential and commercial low- and high-rise concrete applications. As a construction management consultant in Toronto, Ramtin offered his expertise to clients, blending the best of design, visual impact, and structural integrity, along with a keen eye on costs and strengthening performance. He founded Paycon Engineering in 1994 with a mission to provide the very highest quality of construction services in a manner that, “surpasses client’s expectations.”

Ramsin Sotoadeh, PQS, CEC: For over 35 years, Ramsin has provided construction project management, management of manufacturing facilities specializing in millwork for residential and commercial construction. Ramsin graduated from Ryerson and received additional diplomas in project management and quantity surveying from George Brown City College.

He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and holds the title of Construction Estimator Certified (CEC). His many projects include: The Windsor Racetrack, Ontario, The Art Gallery of Ontario, The United Technology Building, and store fixtures for Bell Mobility and The Eaton Centre.
