LSI Engineering’s President Ramtin Sotoadeh considers community involvement an integral part of good business leadership. That’s why his hard work stretches back more than a decade to 2002,when his efforts to help newcomers find employment first won him acknowledgment from JVS Toronto.

His dedication and commitment as a former member and President of the IC Network which assists professional newcomers looking for work have even won him recognition from Prime Minister Harper. He has been awarded other certificates of appreciation, most notably from The Dufferin-Peel Adult Learning Centre for his work with a skills program for foreign trained professionals and from York Region’s United Way.

More recently, he’s involved himself with York’s “Peace Tree Garden” which is the region’s arm of the International Peace Tree Day movement. The idea is modeled after a 2004 film espousing peaceful celebration shared by Christian and Muslim faiths.
